How do you support us with chat?

You’ll have access to a private WhatsApp/GroupMe/text group for support while you’re in TRJ. We respond within 4 hours during normal waking hours.

Are the coaching sessions required?

They’re included so you have support applying the tools in real life. Most people use them every other week to stay consistent.

How much time do I need?

Each week, we would recommend about 30 minutes for each person and another 30-45 minutes to discuss as a couple.  We would also encourage a coaching session every 2-3 weeks during your time to maximize the integration of the information into practice
